Vincent Marshall Bazzani, age 63 of Rogers, MN, passed away Wednesday, December 5, 2018. He was born September 2, 1955 in Virginia, MN, the son of Valentine and Shirley (Dahlen) Bazzani.

Vince was raised in Virginia, MN, and graduated from Virginia High School in 1973. He was a star wrestler in high school and also a body builder.

Vincent met his wife, Colleen, while working as a respiratory therapist at Methodist Hospital. He later went on to work as a computer analyst.

Vince enjoyed working out and building weight sets, yard work, swimming in the pool with family, throwing the ball with his sons and grandchildren, family events, and spending time with his grandchildren. Vince always talked about the importance of family. He also enjoyed the Italian and Irish heritage, and Irish singing.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Bazzani; grandparents, Andrew and Mathilda (Kobal, Buchar) Bazzani; and uncles, Matthew Kobal, Jim Bazzani.

Vince is survived by his wife, Colleen Bazzani; sons, Declan (Julie) Bazzani, Jonathan (Nicole) Bazzani, Justin (Kristen) Bazzani; grandchildren, Kieran Bazzani, William, Silas and Nora Thomas; all of Rogers, MN; father, Valentine (Marcia) Bazzani of Virginia, MN; brother, Dennis Bazzani of Albany, OR; and many other family and friends.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 1:00 PM, with visitation one hour prior, at The Peterson Chapel in St. Michael, MN with Deacon Steve Dupay officiating.

    My husband, Bob, met Vince at DaVita Dialysis and they became instant friends. They had a lot in common and Bob enjoyed visiting with Vince. Vince’s passing came as a shock to him and he is at a loss for words so he asked me to extend his condolences to you and your family, Coleen. We hope to meet you and your family on Saturday. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
